Description:
Lyx is a run of the mill female Ork. Her hair is long and flowing and tattoos cover the majority of the upper part of her body. She is a loud and boisterous lady with a thirst for adventure. She has been serving as Mordins right hand and first mate for the last 16 years.
Mordin’s trust in Lyx eclipses his trust in most of the people he knows. She is capable of handling herself and the crew. Lyx joined Mordin’s crew at the young age of 21. Having met him when he came into port to sell the wares that he had liberated from some Imperial fleet.
When she met Mordin, she challenged him outright to a wrestling match. Claiming that if she won then she would be allowed on his ship as a member of the crew. If he won then she would give him her prized sword. Mordin found her challenge and method enjoyable and thus agreed to the match. And while she held her own for a while. The experience that Mordin had eventually caused her defeat.
Though not all was lost for Lyx as she was offered a spot on the crew anyway. Quoting Mordin as saying that her confidence and the fact that she directly challenged for a spot on his ship entertained him.
Lyx has a massive interest in the ocean and the world beyond the land border of Ecith. Even to this day she yearns to set out to see whenever Mordin calls for it. Bravely following him wherever he wished to go.
