Æros smiled at her first sentiment, "well, I certainly do." It was a weird feeling for him to just…engage in casual conversation with others like this. Ever since he'd scuttled away from his family, almost all of his time was spent either unconscious or so blitzed he barely knew what was happening around him and, normally, he wouldn't be awake during the day…so…normal human interaction? A bit of a rarity for the Færie.
He listened as Hilana spoke more on Orks and their viability as sacrifices, he found himself ever the more interested in the idea of, perhaps, collecting one. He'd…fallen behind with his piety of late and a formidable Orkhan would probably be a worthy donation, so to speak.
"Well, should you ever acquire transport or the location of nearby Orkhan, let me know. I do have Master Mesmer; though I am no fighter, I could probably manipulate a couple into walking into the Volcano on their own." He spoke rather casually for the remarkable cruelty of the idea.
When the woman responded to his commentary regarding scent and its impact on the memory and mood, he listened to her with interest before going on to state his admiration for her skills.
"Ah, if that's the case, then whomever you received guidance from must've been rather wise. Honestly, effective teaching outside of a formal setting is an admirable skill…as is the ability to learn on one's own." For even masters of some crafts were horrid teachers.
And when he'd picked out the plant he wanted, Hilana wrote him instructions for care of the plant with her usual jovial sort of haste. Æros was fairly surprised at how low the price ended up being in truth, but he offered little comment on the matter and withdrew his wallet from the fabric of his clothes to pay. After, she thanked him.
"And thank you for your time and kindness," he replied as he gathered his things and turned to leave.
