Note(s): Franky and Myles have successfully negotiated a ceasefire with Kalzasi. Franky has been given leave from the Guild of Coins to act in the capacity of Executor of Reconstruction Loans for the City-State of Zaichaer provided he has the permission and cooperation of Zaichaer's governing authority. Myles has elected to step in to coordinate and marshal the remaining Zaichaeri leadership, whether or not he is successful at this endeavor is dependent upon him. However, the loans from the Guild of Coins can only be dispensed by the Zaichaeri Government for efforts that benefit the reconstruction endeavors. As it stands, there are several factions that need to be brought to the table in Zaichaer.
