Paradigms continue to shift in the Dual Realm of Solunarium as the Draconic Dynasty eases into control of the Umbrium. With rare appearances from the Rex Draconum Zalkyriax, his half-elven dragonborn son Phædryn Arvælyn Princeps acts as the face of the Umbrian Crown. Under his watch in Glade, The Silver Sentinels have amped up their forces in the Atraxian Expanse and ordered expeditionary parties abroad to ascertain the state of the Towers that appeared during the Eclipse Event and to contribute assistance to those that remained unresolved. Additionally, His Exalted Highness has negotiated for an exchange of ambassadors between the Umbrium and the City-State of Kalzasi, with plans for the construction of embassies being drafted in both cities.
The Crownwyrm is not the only Solunarian sovereign whose sightings in the capital have been scarce. Her Divine Radiance Thalya IV Imperatrix has withdrawn from public appearances since the conclusion of her Centennial Jubilee at the end of Ash 122. In her absence, the Luxian Crown has been represented by her Aurisian-raised son, Prince Arkænyn the Platinum. Far less fastidious and more inclined toward indulgence than his royal mother, Arkænyn is widely seen as being a wastrel who is propped up by his cousins in the Luxian Regium Consilium.
In the upper echelons the rumours have spread that the Divine Founders Aværys and Varvara have been freed from their imprisonment at Kaladon. This is also widely believed to be true amongst the Vastian nomads who wander the Atraxian Expanse, after their Sacrifices were received by two of the Founders’ Chosen during their Frost Festival. Moreover the Radiant Masses held by Prince Vrædyn have become particularly potent and popular with crowds numbering in the thousands. Amongst those who know or suspect the Founders have returned, the question on everyone’s mind is: When will they assert themselves? According to their Faith, it is not a matter of if, but of when.

1 Searing: DOMINI CÆLI
In a rare show of open collaboration between the Luxian and Umbrian governments, both Crowns have agreed that the opening of Solunarium's borders has called for an adoption of vehicular air travel, hitherto banned in favour of mounted flight. The greatest engineers of the realm have been summoned to design and construct shipyards, skyports and ærial fleets both commercial and military. Those interested in submitting ship and architectural designs are encouraged to do so, with ample rewards promised to those whose schematics are selected.[OPEN PROMPT]
5 Searing: PERENNIS SCEPTRVM
Though the light and warmth provided by the Sceptre of Aværys are not as great as those of the unhindered sun, the constancy of the light provided has had an effect on the ecosystem. As The Ecithian Commonwealth floods, the Vasta river basin outside of the Solunarian capital is experiencing drought, and many remote oases upon which the nomads rely are at risk of drying up. The Silver Sentinels are working to keep up with the work of maintaining the waterways and keeping the Atraxian population hydrated, but being spread quite thin, unaffiliated contractors are being hired and rewarded handsomely for contributing to this effort.[OPEN PROMPT]
16 Searing:REIPVBLICÆ ET IMPERII
The unprecedented climate crisis caused by the Eclipse has caused a great number of invasive Ecithian species to cross the border into the Atraxian Expanse. A contingent of concerned parties from the Commonwealth sends a complement of Green Dragons to the Atraxian border to open up a dialogue with Solunarium. The Luxium refuses to meet with them, but the Umbrium will send an envoy to the border town of Sentrium to receive these guests.[QUEST]
21 Searing: SOLSISTITIVM FESTIVITAS
The annual Searing Solstice Festival is back in force in the Luxium after a toned-down version last year due to the preparations for the Sovereign’s jubilee. Prince Arkænyn the Platinum is eager to share his penchant for decadence with the beleaguered Luxian population in an arena where he truly shines.[OPEN PROMPT]
45 Searing: CONSVL ELECTIONES
The Luxian and Umbrian Senates will both be holding elections for the position of Consul Major and Consul Minor to take place on the 45th of Searing. With Solunarian politics being quite cut-throat, Consulary campaigns are often replete with bribes, blackmail and backroom bargains. All members of the Senatorial class are eligible to run and are expected to vote with the winners being ratified by the Crown that governs their respective senatorial body. [QUEST]
67 Searing: LEGATORVM RATIONES
Though it is widely believed that Sentinel espionage has been underway for quite some time, it remains a relatively new phenomenon for Solunarian citizens to travel abroad openly. The Umbrium is keen to explore what this might yield. The Princeps Draconum is encouraging prominent civilians to visit foreign realms to promote Solunarian interests and assess different cultures. The Umbrian Crown and Senate are also on the hunt for suitable diplomats to send forth in a more official capacity.
