Retiring Florian to NPC + EXP transfer to Mirza

I played Mirza a bit, and then have been in the process of recreating her, so she hasn't been played yet in her current state. She has skill debt, which would be replaced by the exp transfer if approved.

I love Florian, but I don't know where I'd go from here with him and if I'd even pick him back up now that I'm back from my hiatus. I think he'd be more useful as an NPC for mods to use when they need the Draegir of Rebellion. I know I have some unfinished plots and plans on him, especially his secret from 2 years ago! But I just don't think I'll be able to write him much anymore.

For the EXP transfer part, he has 470 total earned EXP aside from events and bonuses. With event/bonus EXP he has 640 earned, all of this is not counting 115 starting EXP. He also has 120 banked CNPC EXP, if that's transferrable, and 467 lores.

I approve a full transfer of all Exp, Lore, and CNPC exp earned for Florian to any PC of your choosing or to be banked at a later time (I recognize you selected Mirza).

Just to be clear, this is an irrevocable retirement (hence the exp transfer). However, if you'd like to Guest Moderate using Florian, you are free to do so, so long as you inquire with the local moderator for where the plot would occur.
