Retirement and Skill Point Reallocation (Pharaoh)

I would like to permanently retire Franky as a PC. I've got no real creative motivation for him left, and as such, I'd like to retire him to having died in Zaichaer per this. viewtopic.php?t=4617&start=10

Additionally, this would retcon this thread which can be closed out and appropriate exp given to Myles viewtopic.php?t=4956

I appreciate the effort you put into spinning this shift for Franky, Pharaoh, but it's just time to lay the old dog to rest. As such, I would like to request a succession package from him to be transferred to viewtopic.php?t=5059 in lieu of the skill debt request here viewtopic.php?t=5125

If initially approved, I will go through and close out and review all of Franky's outstanding threads, so as to get a skill EXP total, a total value of his earnings IC, and anything else that may need to be taken into consideration in order to move on to further approval.

So! It's my understanding that, outside of Franky's property, all of his coin was spent, donated and sacrificed before the end of his life. If this is true, then those monies will not be redeemable with your cash out. You may, however, claim the full value of whatever property he owned as of the time of his death as translated into the revised and current monetary system. If you need help with that exchange, let me know.
