Competency Review Check - Animal Handling

Hi there,

I would like to put forward a request for a competency review check for Hilana for Expert level Animal Handling.

She's usually accompanied by at least one of her snakes, travels frequently by camel, and has managed to get along fairly well with a rather stubborn wyvern that is every bit as pig-headed as she is.
