Quest Name: Establishing Olga

Goal
To develop golems - an autonomized tank - for the military. This is mostly to familiarize myself with writing her/try and get into her voice. Also I wanted the quest points hehe. I might add more stages/golems, as I think of them. Would that be OK?
Stages:
1. Review Artificing process - review tank, review Scrivening with an NPC, and then discuss with an engineer.
2. Start Building out the core - taking information from the engineer, the test drivers, and talk with Tolfar.
3. Finish the Lure, the Core, begin the Artifice process.
4. Begin the Artifice process.
5. Finish the Artifice process.
6. Tank testing.
