I would like to request a competency review check for Akantha Sol'Eilran for Expert Level Semblance. She uses the magic quite regularly, especially as the daughter of Princess Vomira Val'Melua.

Not only did I approve her starting out with Semblance, I have also seen how she understands the etiquette of Semblance within Hytori culture. It would have been her first Rune, and Semblance is the special provenance of her mother's family so she has had the best of training.
