The results of our 2024 NaNo Contest are (at last) in! Below you will find a chart with each of the players listed in alphabetical order, detailing their participation prize point totals. Below that you will find a the winners of our special prizes.

I want to personally thank everyone for their participation in this year's contest, particularly with the big response we got to my new quest mechanic. Watching your quests unfold was the highlight of this year's contest for me.

Prize Redemption: To redeem prizes, please make a Support Forum Request tagged "Nano 2024 Redemption". I will be handling all prize redemptions. If they are location specific, or powerful enough they might effect a setting I will be contacting the setting moderators to make sure the ideas won't break anything. I will be checking the Support Forum everyday for the next week for such requests, after that, if you make a request, please @ me on Discord or DM my mod account so I can get to them in a timely manner.

Honorable Mentions

I was in a bit of a rush last night trying to get the results up and also enjoy new year's eve with my people so I didn't have the time to put together this list of honorable mentions until today. Each Honorable Mention will receive an additional 5 prize points for being extraordinary in their own way.

3rd Place in Everything: Erratum
Coming in just behind the two leaders in every single special prize category is an achievement in itself, it means you pushed for excellence in all things and performed a feat no one else was able to. Exceptional effort!

Storyteller: Whil
The story you put together for Masagh was honestly better than a lot of the professional fantasy novels I have paid money to read. Bravo!

Modded Most: Pharoah
Not only did you write the most IC words as a moderator, assisting the players in your setting throughout NaNo, but you wrote more words on your mod account than you did on all of your character accounts combined. Thank you for your service!

Creativity: Noon
You pushed the boundaries of can be part of a character narrative while remaining entertaining and thought provoking. Exceptional work!

Non-Mod Highest Collab: Seraphizel
It is easier, and expected, that moderators play with a high number of characters so I thought it was fitting to award a prize to the non-mod player who achieved the highest number of collaborations. Well done!
