NPC Request [Pharaoh]

So... you can ignore the first section. Family's established and Zef is already an approved NPC. But once this is fully developed and approved, just going to cut and paste from here to Finn's sheet so please bear with me.

The second section is Thralls, which I need your help with since you wrote Majesty. I linked to Khyan's sheet but he's now a Spirit of Vengeance, so any input and what Finn could draw from him would be helpful. You came up with Lystreia, so if you wanna have any input in her backstory/skills, let me know. I input what skills you told me were Arkænyn's, but again, feel free to offer input.

I have written some communication between Finn and Khyan, but kept it vague. I will probably tag you if I do anything major with Khyan or Arkænyn, anyway. Oh, and can Finn tap Arkænyn to bolster his weapons mastery?

Location: A village outside Arx Rubrum Petram

️ Biography: A simple blacksmith from a village on Lake Udori, she and her family have since moved to Solunarium to be near her eldest child: Finn Viator. Finding the bustle of the capital overwhelming, she and her husband moved nearer to the citadel where Finn's work happens. There, she dabbles in the finer versions of her craft: silver, gold, platinum. There, she tries to give young Syrena a semblance of a normal childhood despite her overseers.

️ Biography: Mabon married the love of his life, kept their home, and raised their children. He feels as though he did fairly well for being the son of the town witch, Modron. Pleased that his family can live without undue hardship in a land where even the villages are protected from the dangers of the world, he is enjoying retirement and grandchildren (one of his own blood, and one a strange elven child under the protection of the Custodes Deorum.

️ Biography: They had more to lose in moving, at least by their own estimation: a husband set to inherit the family forge unless Ciarán became more responsible, a child, and another on the way. They are now eking out a quiet life with husband, Urien, and children.

️ Biography: The baby—until Morgaine's children were born—of the family, Ciarán did train to be a blacksmith under his mother's tutelage. He has the skills, but he would rather work than play and so he has elected to stay with his brother in the Luxian villa Zalkyriax left in his keeping. 'Luxian on the streets; Umbrian in the sheets' is his latest catchphrase. He sees more of the Umbrian night life than the Luxian sights.

️ Biography: The aging wizard finally admitted to Finn that he had enjoyed a dalliance with Modron many decades ago and so is his grandfather. By the time he was aware of his son, Mabon, it was too late to reconnect fully with his lover, but he did complete his promise to her by initiating Finn in the Rune of Mesmer to aid his goal of becoming a famous bard. His grandson is the only member of the family with whom he has any relationship.

I'll say, since Khyan is a spirit, you can invite him to partially possess Finn so Finn can use Khyan's skills as their full level as of when he died. Finn would remain in control, but he would only be able to access Khyan when his goals are focused toward some form of vengeance. This includes using the magic of Runes Finn does not possess but, again, the aim must be vengeance focused. Once it leaves his area of interest, Khyan's powers become, like his current residence, Void. This ability will be taxing on Finn and, if his will is weak and he overuses the ability, Khyan might be able to temporarily commandeer his person. I'll leave that for you to play with, as you will. Lystreia is all you, now! She was a throw-away NPC that you rolled with, so have fun. I have written some communication between Finn and Khyan, but kept it vague. I will probably tag you if I do anything major with Khyan or Arkænyn, anyway. Oh, and can Finn tap Arkænyn to bolster his weapons mastery? You are welcome to write up a CNPC sheet for Arkænyn to flesh out his skills, if you have the time and interest. I've written him a lot on the board, so you should be able to glean where he excels and where he is wanting. If you do a write up, just tag me for approval and I may make some adjustments.
