Good day!

I would like to redeem the points I accumulated at NaNo for two prizes, please. I had 78 points, plus five for the New Year's appreciation and five for being third in all things. I would like to split those points up thusly:

Filaurel Len'Alen - 50 Pts - Grab Bag Prize - Heritage
Rationale: Filaurel's life is troubled and cursed due to one heritage, let's go even further.

Imogen Ward - Remainder - Housing
Details: Imogen's prior housing was destroyed several years ago when Zaichaer exploded, and she's since been living like a hobo while she fulfilled various contracts in Ecith. With order returning to Zaichaer, I'd like to have her take over one of the properties the Sunsingers previously operated out of, ideally within a day's travel of the city. I'm happy to either accept a concept for what this could be from Rune or write up a proposal myself- just let me know your preference. Thanks!

If Rune doesn't have something in mind for a Heritage for Filaurel to trouble and curse him even more, I do have an idea. With both your permissions, I will make it so. But it's a secret now.

As for Imogen, I leave that one to Rune since I believe he has her covered already.

Imogen Ward

There is a knock at the door, a normal knock; someone has come to call. When it is answered, there is an androgynous individual in a messenger’s uniform. It is the new uniform of the United Zaichaer Government, in a messenger's colors, though no rank or insignia are to be seen. They smile and offer a thin leather scrip sealed with dark red wax. The seal is unfamiliar, and yet, familiar, tugging at the mind. As soon as you take the package, the messenger turns on their heels and is gone. Breaking the seal, you peer into the scrip; what lies within..?

Sharp's Edge Manor:

Inside the scrip is a sealed letter with Imogen's name written on the front in handwriting she finds achingly familiar, as well as a set of legal looking documents. The writing on the letter is that of Ansel Gerhard, that on the legal documents is of an unknown hand. The letter, once opened, contains sentiments best left between the writer and the reader. In addition to this, it states that a house once owned by her mentor has now been passed into her care. All the legality having been taken care of some time before but not delivered due to the chaos that overtook Zaichaer, and then the world.

Structure:
The estate, which lays about two hours ride outside of the capitol city, is an old manor, well cared for, from a time when security was as important as architectural attraction. The grouns contain various outbuildings, including a stables, an extensive training ground and an apriary. The house itself is extensive and, from time to time in the past, contained the headquarters, or various offices belonging to the Sunsinger Coven. There are many secrets contained within, though what they are and how one might go about finding them, no clue is left in either the letter nor the legal documents accompanying it.

Upkeep: A pension of enough gold, per year, to pay the upkeep of the manor and its surrounds, and to pay the salery of a small staff (five people) is included with the bequest.

Note: Feel free to come up with the look of the estate, as well as any specifics for the house, staff or surrounding area that you see fit. 38 points was enough for a Master level home, and the pension to upkeep it, so don't be shy in your invention. If you should ever wish to delve into any of the above mentioned secrets, apply to Rune.
