A Quiet Life III
Ash 12th, 124th Year, A.o.S.
It was yet another quiet and humble day in the village of Hanz Villa, with little to nothing for Tailen to do once his chores at home were done. Priscilla naturally wanted to go out and play for a while, and since they'd visited the farm the other day, she wanted to spend more time out in the fields rather than playing with some of the animals at old man Crokan's farm. This obviously gave Tailen a fair amount of time out of the day to enjoy himself, but of course, there were always the other kids in the village who wanted to play or do something fun.
One such thing was pretending to go on adventures within the fields just outside of Crokan's farm, as the hills around there would teem with trees and shrubbery for everyone to hide out or get lost within. It was at least within proximity of the village so no immediate danger was posed on anyone, and naturally, the kids Tailen would play with had their share of fun in exploring the nearby groves of the village. Priscilla was always eager to be among them too, as she liked to place herself as an intrepid explorer or even a witch sometimes.
Of course, she didn't have any actual magic powers, which would've been cool, but the act of pretending as such made her an all the more fun sport to watch. Tailen himself though simply rather carried a wooden sword upon his person, and deferred to pretend he was some adventurer associated with his sister in tandem. It was all good simple fun really, enough to let the imagination run wild, to say the least.
