There have been several events of its kind over the years, but none were quite as large and expansive as this. The entire series of events last for the duration of 5 days and is divided into sections. The Circle of Spells, along with oversight from The Reconcilliators provides the structure for each of the events, and representatives of each faction can be found at every event. House Senue, in cooperation with the Circle of Spells, provides the majority of the logistical support, while House Veyl funds many of the events from its personal coffers, though they are expected to come away with quite the profit from the entire exchange.
The event was announced on the 50th of Frost by the Circle of Spells, and details and signups are accepted through the Circle of Spells up until the 80th of Frost. The events take place within the Guild Expanse, with Slayers Keep providing the area for team and single combat participants, and the Circle of Spells using their facilities for the crafting competitions.
Players can sign up for events using the forms below. All of these competitions take place in parallel with one another. Those who participate in the single combat competition cannot also participate in the team event as they run at the same time, however, one may participate in either the team or single events as well as the crafting competition. Details of each are found in their specific sections.
Single Combat
This portion of the events is the most straight forward. Participants are pitted against one another in single combat, tournament style, which lasts over the course of 5 days. The finals are held on the last day. Each day a person must win 2 bouts in order to pass on to the next day. On the 4th day, there will be a larger group battle, and the last 4 standing will pass on to the finals the next day. Those who wish to participate must pay an entry fee of 50 gold. Every day that a person wins they are given free food and drink during the competitions. Cash Prizes are as follows:
1st Place: 1,000 gp
2nd Place: 500 gp
3rd Place: 250 gp
There is a rumor that the winner will also receive an artifact of significant power, though the Circle of Spells has neither confirmed nor denied this.

Team Competitions
Teams of 2 or more must work together to complete specific challenges each day of the celebration. Each day the challenges become more difficult, and each person is expected to complete the challenge. If even one person is unable to complete the challenge for any reason one's team is disqualified. The challenges will take place across Kalzasi, and some events will even carry a team out beyond the city into the forest itself.
Each Challenge is individual, with a reward at the end of each successful challenge. A team must complete the challenge of the day to earn the right to attempt the next day's challenge, and the prizes increase in rarity and value each day. Teams have exactly 12 hours to complete each challenge, from sunrise to sunset. Failure to come back before sunset is an immediate disqualification.

Crafting Exhibition
The Circle of Spells, with aid from House Zatrian, is hosting a Crafting Exhibition on the last day of the Celebration, the 85th of Frost. All crafters, both magical and non-magical, are invited to present their greatest masterpiece before a panel of judges who will score each based on a series of criteria. Those who wish to participate must deliver their proposal to the Circle of Spells Exhibition hall in the Guild Expanse by noon on the 80th. The participant then has until sunrise on the 85th day to complete their project and deliver it to the Exhibition Hall for scoring.
Each project will be scored based on the following: Completeness, Ingenuity, Creativity, Usefulness, and overall Value based on the submitted proposal. There will be 3 levels of Prizes for the crafting competition:
1st Place: 500 gp, 1 Magical Laboratory (Elaborate) or a non-magical equivalent, Sponsorship by the Circle of Spells for future projects
2nd Place: 500 gp, 1 discipline-specific item or artifact, An invitation to join the Circle of Spells or the Academy as a Crafting Specialist
3rd Place: 500 gp, 1 discipline-specific item or artifact
