The Silk Purse
As the first shop on Willowby street, people either walk by or walk in the Silk Purse. Once entering, customers are greeted with softly playing pianoforte music. Throughout the room are rows of display cases. Each one hosting a different collection or type of jewelry, and lit with bright lights inside to showcase the glimmering, glittering gems inlaid on each piece. Mostly the shop sells mid-ranged jewelry for day to day wear, but some cases host much more extravagant accessories ranging from ruby and emerald earrings to five tier diamond necklaces. The shop is only open Eiroldas through Eikaeus, and opens just one hour past sunrise and closes at sundown.
The first row of cases closest to the window for passerby's to view and be enticed by, is a luxurious collection of necklaces and matching earrings. Most hosting diamond and cubic zirconia while dangling from silver based chains and clasps. White lighting is above to show off their true colors, and kept in the glass case at average hip height so everyone from dwarven height and taller can view with ease. The rows laid behind the first stock unique, vibrant gem-based accessories and decrease in price the further back into the store you go. Something unlike most shops on Willowby Street, the display cases are widely spaced to match the tall ceilings, allowing every height of person inside without having to bend or squish themselves around.
At the check-out counter in the back left of the store there is a display case to it's right that hosts pre-owned and gently-loved jewelry that has been sold to the shop.
Pricing depends on the rarity and craftsmanship of each item, but layaway options are available as well as trading in preowned jewelry for credit towards a new purchase.

Owner of the Silk Purse, Charlotte runs a tight ship with quick wit. She's able to tell a persons ideal gem and metal base color simply with one look and spends most of her time in the shop assisting customers with what jewelry looks best on them. When she isn't on the floor assisting customers she can be found by her employees in the back in her office sorting through paperwork and making orders for new gems and stones to craft new items for sale. Her own items are on display around the store, and she prides herself in that her jewelry is priced both affordably and higher end, allowing for a wide range of people to enjoy her craft.
Personality wise, she is an even tempered woman who keeps to herself most of the time. When necessary or on the floor she is as personable as professionalism requires, and while she makes no special effort to be rude or kind, is regarded well for her meanable nature. Should a person desire to sell any of their gems, accessories, or metals *(especially gold and silver)* one need only ask Charlotte to make a deal.
