2. A contract with the Railrunners Coven ensuring that they will provide all the material needs for the people of the village that has grown up around Dreyfus' family estate. In exchange Dreyfus has pledged himself to assist the Railrunners when and how they should require.
Notes: I didn't realize this was already at 20, I gave it a little cap and look forward to seeing what Dreyfus does when he returns.
