Grey Gardens
Further down Willowby street are the Grey Gardens. A strange name for such a dreary place, but the food makes up for it. It's doors creak when opened, showing their age and use, but once inside the customers are greeted warmly by the hostess & Owner Suzy. Once seated at one of the many tables spanning the hallway-like restaurant with steam powered heated booth seats, customers are presented with a folded menu with over 15 lunch and dinner options and five classic appetizer selections. Most rather greasy, there are some healthier options for those with a sensitive stomach.
Unfortunately, the space is much too small for most above an average human height. Orkhan and Avialae may have to duck, and those larger likely won't fit in at all.
A small bathroom sits in the back of the restaurant alongside the entrance to the kitchen through a simple red curtain. Ambiance wise, the sounds of gears and gaskets can be heard constantly running alongside the classic kitchen banter that can be heard as the chefs shout and jeer from the back. All in all, this loud, classic diner-style restaurant is a favorite of the locals and while serving average food, strive to provide consistently priced food no matter the season or hardship.
