Zaichaer Central Bank
Located towards the entrance to Willowby Street and closest to the rest of the city sits the Central Bank. A massive building by all accounts, it houses most of the cities wealth and financial records. Additionally, it is the residence of the Guild of Coins. They are open every day of the week from sunrise to sundown, and while busy most of the time remains a strangely quiet, awkward place. Middle and lower class citizens pass by the nobility freely here with often strained glances to the police force and guards that protect the vaults and assets of it's citizens.
The entrance to the building are 3 sets of ornate doors that contrast the rest of East End in their fine craftsmanship. Upon entering one finds the ceilings nearly expansive enough for dragons to fly through. Two sets of stairs on either side of the long room allow for access to the second floor, though most will find no reason to enter such a place- unless they are employees, part of the guild, or have an appointment with one of the higher ranking managers and loan officers in the bank.
Across the walls of the space leading to the main bank vaults in the back are four windows for customers to speak with representatives and access their accounts to deposit or claim finances. Should one desire to speak to a loan officer, they need only submit a request using the proper slip from the 'document stand' in the center of the room that holds slips ranging from deposit and withdrawal slips to applications for a new account and even to close an account, among the many others.
The bank is run not by one man but instead by the government and it's Guild of Coins, though there are at least four managers available on any given day to assist in matters otherwise difficult for most employees to handle.
