Dark hair and stunning eyes, Aria has a natural grace that is evident to all that meet her. A life spent on foot has kept her lithe form toned and ready for anything she might encounter, and skin always sun-kissed.
Personality
Aria is a mix of everything. She is used to getting attention and holding it but bears no one ill will. Suffering no fools or stupidity, she will happily call each out when she sees it. Independent to a fault, she's used to looking after herself and is slow to trust. Traveling from place to place, she looks for something she can't verbalize - just knows she'll know it when she finds it. Aria has a genuinely good heart but can get caught up in mischief when the mood strikes.
History
Aria is something of a mystery. Born to parents she never knew in Antiris, young Aria was raised primarily in orphanages, bounced from city to city, finally ending up in Kalzasi. It wasn't an ideal upbringing but instilled a belief in her that she needed to look out for herself.
At 14, Aria was adopted by a human couple whom desired nothing more than someone to see to their every need. Travelers by nature, she immediately made plans to leave them, not desiring to live her life as their servant. After spending a bit of time learning a few survival skills, Aria began making her escape plans in earnest, but before she could see them through, bandits attacked their camp late one night and killed the couple. The young girl had managed to scramble away with a few belongings in the fight, stealing off into the night.
Time has taught Aria how to survive traveling, picking up small skills here and there. The kindness of others has helped as well, meeting travelers along the way. Once such traveler, Eldis - a Siltori - took the young girl under his care for a time, teaching her Silandris and a bit about protecting herself with a blade. The time they spent together was formative for her as she had never trusted another before, but he slowly earned hers through conversation and action. She began to view him as something of a brother figure.
Unfortunately, their time together wouldn't last. Once he was assured of her suitability for surviving, he told her of his need to get back to his quest - one far too dangerous for her to accompany him on. He promised that someday, if he could, he would find her, but his leaving created a feeling of abandonment within her. From that time on, she decided that emotional attachments were something she didn't desire, for they caused more harm than good.
Over time, Aria wandered the land, learning and exploring, and finally finding her way back to Kalzasi to see how the city had changed.
