First Contract: A Dark Compact
Disposition: Quick, intelligent, communicative, mischievous. Perxy has much more personality than lesser elementals, and clearly defines herself as she, though Sivan has no idea whether elementals procreate sexually or not. In any case, she likes Dratori in general, as well as fae'ethalan, and was happy to make a deal with him and hopes he will eventually do things for her on his plane.
Abilities: Air Manipulation — On this plane, she is air and can manipulate her element much like an elementalist, though she does it as naturally as an elementalist breathes. Due to her intelligence, she is able to exert finer and more complex control than any elemental Sivan has worked with previously.
