[Skills Suggestion] Booze stuff

Within the Skill Guide, there are 2 skills for making an alcoholic product.

Brewing - Typically the creation of beer (though coffee and tea could also be acceptable).
Vinting - The creation of wine.

I'd like two options to be considered by Staff.

1) Add a third skill - Distilling - The creation of spirits and liquors.

or

2) Combine all 3 skills into one all encompassing skill, "Alcohol Production"

Note: I'm specifically excluding cocktail crafting from this discussion.
