Description: Zeerd is an intense personality. He's extremely organized and logical, preferring to work in clean, orderly spaces, and have control over the space he's in. He's worked at restaurants all over Ransera, and he truly gives his job every bit of his passion. He has a lofty goal of creating the absolute perfect dish, by his own, inexplicable standards.
Zeerd is constantly delving deep into smoking, drinking, and stimulants to try and keep his mind and body going as he chases his dream. This has resulted in him having had five heart attacks in his career. This has fostered a belief in himself that he cannot die until he achieves his dream, so he presses on even harder after each subsequent attack.
Zeerd constantly finds himself at odds with Evzark, the Head Chef at the Hobbled Gobbler. They have very incompatible styles and this leads to a lot of arguing and knife waving. But when a lunch or dinner rush is upon them, they somehow manage to make it all work.
