Description:
Gug is the product of a Moratallen woman and an Ork man, leading to his large, stout size. He's lived in Zaichaer his whole life, often taking physical labor jobs. He tends to a no-nonsense sort of attitude while at work. He's known as a bit of a control freak, but with that comes his loyalty and protections. He expects all of his servers to know their jobs and to do them to the best of their abilities. If there's any issue at all, he expects the servers to report it to him immediately. If any of his servers are touched inappropriately or sexually harassed, he gives the offender one chance to apologize before they get banned for a year. If they don't apologize properly, or they return after their ban, he is known to break their arms with his club and throw them out with a lifelong ban.
Gug does heavily believe in the spirit of teamwork, comradery, and loyalty. He expects all staff to help each other out, often with the phrase, "A high tide raises all boats." He is not especially open about his own life but does always provide an ear to listen to his workers. Anyone who backstabs or hurts another employee will often find themselves before Gug's wrath. Gug, however, has a tendency to take a lot of verbal and emotional abuse from others, just sluffing it off. He rarely, if ever, stands up for himself. Sometimes there are days where he can't take it any longer, and he disappears into the basement to "help with inventory," though some know he's just down there crying.
