THE IMPERIAL STATE BUILDING
One of the tallest skyscrapers in the Imperium, let alone Wintergarten Circle, every guild and union worth calling itself such has at least a handful of offices dedicated to their presence in the Imperial State Building. Marble floors and high ceilings greet those who enter the first floor, though the appearance of the rest of the individual floors and offices highly depends on the guild occupying it. Signs and receptionists at the front desk are available to guide people to their destination.
It is here that one comes to register their business with the appropriate guild or union, as well as pay the dues and fees that come with having the power and protection of a guild at your back. Guilds are also often able to act as middlemen between the Office of Imperial Revenue and the businesses they represent. It is law for every business to be registered with an appropriate guild, and there is a guild for most everything.
The larger, more prominent guilds often hold multiple floors to their names; though notably, the Guild of Coins operates both in the Imperial State Building as well as the Central Bank of Gel'Grandal. Travel between floors is done via one of the four magitek elevators or the staircase.
