- In cities edge along buildings and weave through alleys
- Stay out of rooms that have a lot of clutter
- Know when to be still
- Breathe slowly and evenly to avoid being heard
- If you're out of breath, make your throat as wide as possible to go unheard
- Don't wear anything that will reflect light
- Create hand signs to communicate without making noise
- Walk to to heel
- Choose silent footwear, or better yet, none at all
- Stay close to cover, avoiding open areas
