Note: This map is an early rough draft and is subject to change, so use it largely for general reference.

Drathera

Drathera is the capital, and now, only city of the Commonwealth of Ecith. It is a huge city, with millions upon millions of inhabitants. It is set on the northern coast of North Ecith, a region of grasslands, right on the Crystal Sea. The city is built into a vast, towering mountain that used to serve as a giant nest for many dragons of Ecith. The mountain itself is divided up into Landings, vast neighborhoods that are both within the mountain itself, and around the outside faces of the mountain. The further up the mountain one travels, the more beautiful the structures they will find. At the very top, there's the Senate and the temples to the Triumvirate. Outside of the mountain, Lowtown extends for miles around the base of the mountain, and the Stalwart is one of the largest ports in the world. Beneath the mountain and Lowtown are the ancient ruins known as the Lairs, areas inhabited by dragons, protecting both the treasures of the city and their own private hordes.

The Stalwart (Harbor)

The Stalwart is one of the largest and busiest ports in Ransera. The people of Ecith have maintained a prominent naval presence all around the Ecithian coastline, but are concentrated mostly around the Crystal Sea. The Harbor itself is built of a concrete consisting of local sands, shells, and bones from the many monsters and creatures of Ecith. This mix has led to structures that are a soft beige in color, but are extremely durable and resistant to the forces of the wild, withstanding tidal waves, hurricanes, and the occasional attack from a sea-based Primal. The entire harbor has a massive sea wall built around it, with gates to allow ships in. This gives the harbor goers (and beach goers) protection from the monsters of the sea, as well as attacks from the Imperium and other enemies. The stalwart contains forts and housing for the naval military, contains shipyards for building ships both for military and for private trade, as well as the many docks for ships.

Lowtown

Lowtown is the portion of Drathera that sits upon the surface of the ground at the base of the mountain. It spreads wide around Drathera Mountain, sheltered behind massive walls of Ecithian concrete. The majority of people who live in Lowtown are those that are related to the naval, fishing, and farming industries, as they require quicker access to areas beyond the city walls on a daily basis.

The Lairs

The Lairs are well preserved ruins from the old city of Dratir that are now being utilized as historical archives and museums for Ecith. As Ecith seeks to preserve all art and history that they can, they bring the artworks (originals or copies) as well as the records of history to the Lairs. The Lairs are run by a guild of dragons allied to the cause, working to protect and preserve these things, in exchange for having a safe place to keep their own private hordes safe.
