Description of your Business Location:

The House of Vanity Charm School is a red brick building with Prussian trim, located at the corner of Grandiose Avenue and Azalea Drive, and boasts such views as the Imperial Plaza, Rosenholz Park, and even the Palace of Spires. Built and sold on rare acreage in the southside of Gel'Grandel, its centralized location grants easy access to a number of city amenities and remains a coveted locale for businesses and homeowners alike. Once an estate owned by a former Admiral and city official, this property was purchased via bank loan by Imperial Naval Captain, Oliver Rosewood, as a gift to his beloved, to keep her occupied and content while he was stationed at sea.

A massive building, it contains three floors, as well as a modest attic and unfinished cellar. Outside of the main house, there is also a small chapel for guests and students to employ, poised beneath a mighty red oak tree. The grounds also host a modest stable for a pair of horses and carriage, as well as a large garden with patio meticulously kept by its last owner.
