Carina's maps are one of a kind, unable to be found anywhere else in the Empire or beyond. They are useful beyond just a criminal element, providing detailed information for everyone who needs it, from electricians to architects and construction workers looking for weak points or to remodel a building.

Description of Business:
A small office in a tiny set of office spaces in a mixed-use building on 113 Allen Street, just off of Wintergarten Circle. There is a frosted window into an alleyway, and outside the window has the gilded letters that read Transcriptionist. There is a side door that leads into the hallway outside the office that can be used by request, but most patrons must use the front door off of Allen Street. The door and internal windows are all frosted for privacy, though once inside there is no name or sign to direct a customer. If you know who and what you are looking for, you will find it.
Carina's primary service to the public is that of a transcriptionist. For a set hourly price, she will transcribe anything from a sit-in meeting, a radio show, to a lorestone recording, as well as transcribing something already written into neater handwriting. She is discreet, does not discuss her clients, and has a quick turnaround as long as she is left undisturbed. Each interruption or inquiry into whether or not she is done adds at least a day's time to her turnaround, something that she makes clear when taking on new clients.
For those in the know, Carina is also a traveler, and she likes to share her findings with others in the form of aura maps. Carefully inscribed and only available for temporary inspection, Carina will travel to almost any location for the right price and use Semblance to get a detailed map of the desired building or locale. These maps are unique in that they can show everything from locked doors and safes to details about the auras of security guards and the paths security guards take -- or, for more legal purposes, weak points of a building that need to be repaired or reinforced. She will even create maps of electrical wiring and plumbing for those seeking to renovate their homes.
