Semblance Quirks Request

Apprentice:
Impression Sense: Due to the highly traumatizing and life threatening threshold sickness Torin endured as he was pulled mentally and emotionally into the Aetherium while his body struggled to stay alive, he sometimes gets flashes of the True Nature of things in the physical world. Mostly this happens with objects, as people are too complicated for a mortal mind to grasp their true nature. He can not control this ability and it mainly manifests in giving him instant, tiny insights into things.
Examples: He might pick up a doll and get impressions of it's owner's emotions concerning it, or he might see a tool and get the impression of the last project it was used to create. The impressions can be very general or extremely specific but rarely cover a board range.
Journeyman:
Wide Scope: Rather than garnering specific information about each individual he meets Torin's rune tends to cast a wide net, giving him information about the population of an area in general. This field covers several city blocks and gives a sense of the mood of the population, as well as their general health and well being. It won't tell him if a specific person is sick, but if the whole street is worried because they think someone has the plague, he would feel the worry but he would not know the details of the cause.
Expert:
Impression Concentration: Due to the fact that the majority of the time Torin uses his rune to assist him in the creation of magical and mundane items he has learned to concentrate and gain a deeper knowledge of objects or places if he takes the time. He might learn the recent past of a room or the creation process of an item, though he has to have the knowledge to understand what he is seeing.
Example: If he found a runeforged or otherwise enchanted item he would be able, if he concentrated for long enough (the more complex the item the longer it would take) he would be able to see the process used to create it, and perhaps even who had created it, though if he did not already know the person it would just be images of a stranger.
Master 1:
Due to his association with and aid given to the Whispers Coven when they fled Zaichaer they have taught him how to use their coven quirk, Sending and they consider him an honorary member of the coven, though he might be surprised to learn it.
I have no decided on a second master level quirk for him yet, I will make another request when I do.
Thanks for reading.
