Permission to start new threads in Glade due to being Timelocked in quest

Hiya,
It’s in the title.
Norani is currently timelocked in Glade of the current year due to her role in her global quest. I am not posting any threads beyond the dates of the global that Talisman is running (who is doing fabulously and cannot thank her enough) because I don’t want to assume outcomes of the global. However, since we’re in Summer/Fall, I was wondering if I could do some low impact Norani threads during glade. Tie up some loose ends, experience the city, etc, until such time that the global has been completed and she can move forward again.
Is this something I can be allowed to do?
