Skill Debt Starting Package

Hello!
I would like to request 300 Skill Points of Skill Debt for Vypsan. https://www.legendofransera.com/viewtopic.php?t=5059
He's a bit older, his CS history has been given unofficial preapproval by both mods in Solunarium where he is based. I believe this should be sufficient justification for his Skill Debt based on history.
And I'm fairly certain I am in good, long lasting standing on ST, and I have paid off the Skill Debt I had on Franky, and as such, have no others.
