Retire PCs

Please retire Urs and Cetus please. I would also like to take their skills and apply them to a new PC I will make in the next few days.

Your PC retirement has been acknowledged and your skill transfer is conditionally approved. It is not customary to retire two PCs and combine their XP into a single new character, but what you may do is cash one PC out for this new character and we can hold the other in reserve to be exploited in the event that you create another character. As you proceed with your new character creation, please refer to the Character Cash Out rules listed in the Starting Guide: wiki/index.php/Starting_Guide#Character_Cash_Out
Make sure to link this thread to your CS to confirm the details of my authorization.
