He Glories All Effulgent: Growing in fame as well as international notoriety.
Ex Tenebris ad Lucem: Using his Third Order quirk to evoke miracles.
(2) Unique Ability: Weaponized Voice. A human voice can shatter glass if it hits the right note at sufficient volume. Finn has brought his Sentinel training to his art, and can now sometimes find the right note and volume to cause a bit of destruction. It can also stun when it hits the ear drum just so. If this ever gets used against a PC, I'll seek permission from the player first. I'll also probably check with one of my fellow moderators before using it to see if it seems like I'm overstepping.
