Player run businesses can be rare, even more so if they are educational facilities. A location that promotes and helps players dabble into upper society, no matter their age or class, in hopes to create a bridge for those who have a character concept that they would like see adapted for political or social storytelling. Idalia understands that Gel'Grandel can be a rather cutthroat society, and simply aims to refine those who are rougher around the edges. All for the glory of the Imperium.

Description of Business: The House of Vanity Charm School is a red brick building with Prussian trim, located at the corner of Grandiose Avenue and Azalea Drive, and boasts such views as the Imperial Plaza, Rosenholz Park, and even the Palace of Spires. Built and sold on rare acreage in the southside of Gel'Grandel, its centralized location grants easy access to a number of city amenities and remains a coveted locale for business and home owners alike. Once an estate owned by former Admiral and city official, this property was purchased via bank loan by Imperial Naval Captain, Oliver Rosewood, as a gift to his beloved, to keep her occupied and content while he was stationed at sea.
A massive building, it contains three floors, as well as a modest attic and unfinished cellar. Outside of the main house, there is also a small chapel for guests and students to employ, poised beneath a mighty red oak tree. The grounds also host a modest stable for its horses, as well as a large garden meticulously kept by its last owner.
