While Rickter may be a half-breed the traits that would make him a full Rathari are still strongly present, though within his Zoan form nearly all of them are just about dismissable.

Standing at a high six feet and four inches tall, the wolf more often than not has an appearance that comes off as dark and lonesome, almost even unapproachable, due to the fact he consistently wears a surly or firm expression most of the time.

However, there are those instances with friends, in which he may come to loosen the frown always present. First impressions aside however he's a heavy individual, with quite a sturdy frame built on strength and power. With a torso firm as the surface of a rock, strong and burly arms that could swing a weapon for hours, and even taut muscular leg structures; it's a noticeable fact this man stands out from a crowd.

Often deterring to lighter or minimal clothing whenever he can swing it, the impressive half-breed is quite noticeably hairy all over his body. Rich dark brown locks cover his head and cheeks, with the rest of his body lightly coated in areas like the torso, arms, and of course his legs.

His figure however is sun-kissed, due to the fact he wears so little clothing. It is often a noticeable thing to notice when he hasn't bathed in a while, as he'll begin to smell more and more like a wild dog over time; however, he typically smells of cedar or pine after washing often.

Ricky will, under normal circumstances, not even bother trimming or styling his own hair, often letting it grow out to a certain length before finally cutting it short.

Beast Form
While transformation between his Zoan and Lycan forms happens rather quickly, it's actually the transformation into his Beast Form that becomes a bit more of a process.

While nothing is heavily drawn out the shift into the form itself almost sounds unpleasant, as the structural integrity of Rickter's body has to alter itself in order to accommodate the shift. As such the wolf's bone structures may snap and crack, or even the muscle itself will sound heavily strained, as his body contorts and rearranges itself to mold into the shape it becomes.

A large wolf with brilliant blue eyes, standing at an impressive seven feet and eight inches tall, with an impressive coat of black fur to insulate his body. It is within this form that he sacrifices his personal power for speed, as the Beast Form limits his physical capabilities significantly, it makes up for it with quick reflexes and nimble agility.

Rickter's senses are also enhanced in this form, like they are in Lycan Form, with him able to trace smells 1.75 miles away, hear sounds nearly 8 miles away, and a keen sense of sight that allows him to detect the slightest movement in low-lighting areas.

Lycan Form
No longer held back by the insecurities that allowed him to merely alter his physique, Rickter now possesses a complete Lycan that balances both his Zoan and Beast form almost perfectly. Where he used to resemble half man and half beast, he now takes on the full appearance of a mighty werewolf.

Rickter now stands at a solid ten feet and two inches compared to before, his entire physique packed with rigid muscle and sinew, coated with the incredible sheen of black fur that covers his body. The intimidation factor is enhanced by the large sharp canines prominent in his maw, along with the thick dark claws stemming from his fingertips.

The blue hues of his irides also change to a deeper silver when he completes his transformation, as patches of his fur will glow around the places where his runes are located as well.

It's with his Lycan form that Rickter gains a minor boost in power, however at the cost of speed, as his brute strength alone is backed by a dense muscular frame. Movement may be slightly slower in comparison but he's able to perform feats like high jumps and far jumps, and his blows can hit significantly harder in comparison to his Zoan form.

Rickter's senses are also enhanced when it comes to his Lycan and Beast Forms, with him able to trace smells 1.75 miles away, hear sounds nearly 8 miles away, and a keen sense of sight that allows him to detect the slightest movement in low-lighting areas.

Situated: Front Left Shoulder
The scar is from when the ghouls attacked Talon and anyone else with magical runes in their possession. Rickter intercepted a scratch that made four distinctive rakes into his skin, spanning from his shoulder down over his pectoral.

Puncture Mark
Situated: Outer Right Forearm.
The scar is from when Rickter fought against his abductors in an effort to survive, as a dagger had been thrown into his forearm during his attempt of initiative on the enemy. Necromancy has been used to heal the wound completely, but scar tissue still developed from where the puncture took place.

Thin Scar
Situated: Rear Right Thigh
The scar is from when Rickter fought against his abductors in an effort to survive, as one of them cut his thigh during the whole ordeal. Necromancy has been used to heal and restore the wound completely, however, a thin line has still developed across the skin from where the wound used to be.

To get to know Rickter personally is to understand his simplistic yet solitary nature firsthand, as he is a timid individual who watched the world with observant eyes growing up. Most can see right away the stern and rigid front he usually wears, yet if they look deeper, then they can actually read beneath the surface of a long-standing facade. Though quiet he isn't without a sense of curiosity when it comes to others, and in fact, might actually interact with them if piqued in the right ways.

While social graces appear minimum with the wolf Rickter is actually rather mindful, and he can even be amicable so long as he sees something good in others. Though it's obvious that he endeavors to keep his own walls up with the world, some will admit that his love and compassion are boundless when they're down. Rather than the cold and lone wolf he projects himself as, he keeps friends at a somewhat close distance, eventually growing fonder of them over time as long they remain favorable in kind. His personality shines best when he's around those that have earned his loyalty, as the caring and dutiful nature of his inner wolf demonstrates his attentiveness to their needs.

Though much too humble, and perhaps modest, to admit such qualities about himself; he is a natural-born leader determined to look after his own. And those who considerably merge with his pack are valued immensely, for the wolf's ill-temper against those who'd wrong his pack member can send him to great lengths. While his idealisms seem simple in nature, he is a stalwart companion that can be abrasive at times, and rather intense when it comes to pushing for a goal or agenda he firmly believes in. He's by no means a pure individual either, as he can be driven by his emotions at times too. Simply put Rickter follows his heart, and enjoys whatever peace and good times are found within the turbulence felt in his life.

Quite a glutton to boot he tends to enjoy his meals voraciously, and is both a drinker and smoker out of recreational habit more than anything. He does possess an innate desire to explore his curiosities, often seeking to learn or even perfect something new that has sparked his interest. When it comes to his beliefs though he tends to lean more toward pragmatism, and avoids any tendency to lean on faith when times grow tough for him.

You think you know a story, but you only know how it ends. To get to the heart of the story, you have to go back to the beginning. Rickter's story begins at night within the walls of the Velvet Cabaret, a popular venue in the city of Kalzasi. The story goes that an alleged whore gave birth to him during her stay at the establishment, and died not long after the child had been born. With no father to claim him, the child was provided for by the establishment's owner and looked after by a few of the other harlots within the establishment. Yet no father came to claim the child when he was born, until a couple of months later when someone finally came asking questions about the woman who passed giving him birth.

And so, the young infant found a new home, with a new family among the community of anglers within Kalzasi. Before too long he would grow into a child fraught with complications, never once realizing the overarching destiny that loomed over him.

Childhood
Rickter grew up learning the standardized education that all Kalzasi students receive, along with the tricks he could pick up from his father within the community. Being raised a fisher he grew to learn of patience, determination, and the importance of a role it played to the city's community overall. Things seemed normal on the surface initially, however, the pup was not aware of the troubles brewing underneath the surface. Though happy most of the time his family was by no means perfect, and their struggles only became ever more apparent when the Rickter reached a certain age.

Having Rathari within his blood the pup's first transformation came to happen, during his lessons at the academy, which created a situation that required his own mother to address when she arrived. After learning how to revert to his original form, as well as the discovery of heritage in his blood, things quickly changed for Rickter as other children treated him differently. Having become a half-wolf in front of some of them, word quickly spread of the episode and that led to him being teased frequently within school. To make matters worse that same episode brought to light the struggling relationship between his mother and father, as their attempts to minimize bickering with one another soon diminished with the revelation.

While Rickter struggled to get along and make friends in school, he began to develop tendencies to fight with other students. His behavior sparked further controversy between his parents as they struggled to help him resolve his issues, until finally, the father he grew up knowing had finally reached his limit. After one final argument on their last morning together, Rickter found that the man had left her. As the boy ran for the docks in an attempt to reconcile to his parent, the ship that man left on had already set sail from port. And so, Rickter watched until that vessel vanished into the horizon, his heart broken as he later returned home to his mother.

Their lives would continue on of course, as Rickter's mother sought to do everything in her power, to try and give Rickter an honest upbringing alone in the world.

Teens
While life remained difficult as the only child of a single mother, Rickter naturally grew to blame himself and his own existence for the outcome. However, the anger that built within started to influence him, and even drove him to act out in the best interest of others more often than not. This brought him to earn at least a couple of friends in the end, even though he did his best to keep those friends at arm's length. Regardless he grew to treat them nicer than most, and still fought to stand up for whatever point he was trying to make. Among the fisherman community, he was given more lessons on how to practice the craft. Being the alleged son of a fisher, human or not, he was expected to learn the trade through a mentorship.

There were times he proved resistant at first, but after an incident where Rickter failed to sail even a dinghy out onto the Lake Udori, he was provided the means of learning and understanding two concepts. The concept of a fisherman at heart, and the concept of sailing by which empowered their craft. Eventually, Rickter saw the value in his lessons and realized, he could actually help his mother if he worked the trade. As she was the only person he wanted to see happy, the wolf's growing discipline enabled him to reduce the amount of trouble he caused. This led him to actively partake on fishing expeditions with his mentor, where he worked diligently to overcome the personal struggles set before him. For Rickter wanted to grow up being independent, yet able to support others, so that he could one day support those who looked out for him over the years.

One day, however, that very same mentor that was important to him wound up dead. Having been dragged into a barfight within an establishment of the Low City, Rickter learned that he'd been stabbed by another. Having been punctured around the abdomen, his mentor died moments after when he finally bled out. Having lost an important teacher in his life now, Rickter withdrew into a state similar to before. Though anger wasn't the force that drove him this time, he grew to distance himself from the people he cared about, and instead, he started to develop a more broody demeanor wherever he roamed. Fishing also became something he was less actively involved in, as the young man he'd became looked toward other avenues of income.

Adulthood
As Rickter had grown into a young adult he had become restless with his current lifestyle, which created difficult periods between him and his mother at the time. He was fed up with life on the lake and instead, wanted to do something far more profitable with his life. Yet while he had the potential to be a fighter, Rickter had no formal nor practical training to even begin with. Thus he was resolved to just remain, even if he wanted a change within his life, and look after the one person in his life who still looked out for him. His friends were still few and far in between, and yet the couple that remained did their part, to help make life a little bit easier for the wolf in turn.

Yet when a plague wracked the streets of Low City and devastated families there for half a season, Rickter's mother was among those that had fallen victim and passed away long before the arrival of a cure. Losing the only thing that kept him anchored within Low City, Rickter withdrew entirely from everyone he knew for a time, as even his friends were avoided after his loss. Yet in his isolation, the wolf had been approached, by an individual with bright ginger hair and several Runes along his left arm. Though he provided no name upon the meeting it led the two to discuss recent events, and in turn, the man who became known as "One Day" to Rickter began his lessons on combat. Having provided Rickter with only the training necessary, he left the wolf with a Rune of Reaving and a promise; one day they could come to meet again.

And when that day came, then Rickter would come to know the name of his second mentor.

That day was exceedingly far, however, as Rickter had much more to endure long before it would arrive. In the meantime, however, he focused on training and understanding his newfound ability. Reaving allowed him the capacity to weave magical weapons, and having the only blade he grew familiar with, he used it to teach his lingering friends what he could of combat. Together they trained to become warriors, fighters that might one day join the guilds of Kalzasi for better work. Initially, they looked as though they would be going places together, adventures waiting on the horizon as Rickter would finally experience freedom. A chance to see what life was like beyond the walls and safety of Kalzasi. Yet when that chance arrived and he was finally faced with the dangers of the Wildking's Forge, those he worked with quickly ousted him upon the completion of the job.

Conflicted by the losses he'd endured and the betrayals he'd experienced, the wolf finally gave in and committed himself to a life of total isolation. He avoided personal attachments wherever possible, and only took on work as a freelancer; working solo in a life filled with complacency. He remained disconnected from those around him, only caring to find work to cover for himself, while he struggled to discern who he was... much less his existence within the world. Thus does our story begin now, in the present, with Rickter unaware of the coming storm. Changes are on the horizon and in their approach, the wolf is doomed to learn much more about himself than he could ever anticipate.

The Story So Far...

Our tragic hero is found and then awoken by a pair of sisters with a ghost tethered to one of them, with no name or memory to recall once he gains consciousness. Bearing no sense of identity he is given the name Lykos, along with information that he is the Lord of Winter. Unsettled by this, Lykos bears this in mind as he bravely faces this new path before him. Now, he is on the road to seeking answers; about himself, his identity, and what exactly makes him a Demigod.

Provided by Talon. The Rune of Kinetics rests at the base of Rickter's neck, covering his thyroid and even clavicle region. Resembling the witchmarks that originate from the Draegir of Dawn, Light, and Hope; the markings of the Rune glow a similar soft blue even that brighten upon activation. Rickter's emphasis on mastery of the rune has allowed him to develop movement-related abilities, harness aggression tactics that utilize lethal force, and even powerful spells to alter and manipulate the forces of gravity.

Provided by Telion. The Rune of Negation has altered as a result of his progression into Grandmaster proficiency. Once resembling a mark with a mixture of cerulean and green hues, it has completely altered to resemble one of the very core elements of Rickter's Frost domain; The Northern Lights.

Though the crest still rests upon Rickter's upper left bicep, the rune remains actively alight as a pattern across his flesh. Speckles of the Northern Lights often shine and dance on his skin when in use, embodying them whenever Rickter utilizes the power of Negation for any circumstance. The continued mastery of this Rune has not only allowed him to develop interesting Quirks, but also enabled Rickter to branch into unknown territory not originally explored by other Negators.

Attained after the Quest for Novuril. The Rune of Nyx rests on Rickter's outer forearm mirroring the location of the Emblem of Eminence. The mysterious rune resembles the dark forces of the Void with an eerie glow, often provoking an unsettling feeling anytime Rickter gazes upon the crest itself. Rickter's prowess with the rune has been steadily paced, but hardly focused or refined due to his uncertainty in possessing it. As the rune has provided him with power over dark forces, he has only so far used it for research purposes.

Rickter's prowess and mastery of the rune have allowed him to develop not just a vast array of techniques and abilities, but also refine his art over weaponry-based combat as well; producing interesting combinations in the heat of battle. However, he has yet to fully unlock it's potential.

Divine Magic

General

Divine Nimbus- The Nimbus is the mark of the Divine and even at the lowest rung of demigodhood, these children of the gods still possess one. It appears as one or more glowing points of brilliant light, runes or symbols that float near the demigod’s head. To those with the ability to see magical properties (i.e. Semblance users, other demigods etc.) it is always visible. The demigod can choose to dismiss the nimbus at will, at which point in time it will become invisible to those who cannot see past the mundane world around them. Through the nimbus the individual can instill the following in those around them for a short duration:

Awe. People and creatures behold the demigod with awe and reverence.

Terror. People and creatures behold the demigod with abject terror either running away or cowering in place.

Confidence. Those allied with the demigod find themselves invigorated with purpose. They become highly resistant to mind altering effects while in the presence of the demigod they revere. This only has an effect on those who are loyal to the demigod.

Enshroud. The demigod spreads their aura over a given radius not to exceed 100 ft. in diameter either illuminating the area around them or plunging it into a blanket of darkness.

Appearance
Telion stands at an even five feet and six inches tall which makes her comparatively shorter than the average human, though, that has not stopped her from appearing warm and inviting to those who may come across her. She is always usually seen wearing a smile for whatever reason, one that can often brighten a room once she enters it.

Initial impressions aside though, she is a generously petite woman with very accentuated curves to her frame, hinting at her motherly build while still possessing a rather light and sturdy frame in her posture. Though certainly not as tough as her stalwart lover, Telion does have her strengths to keep her standing also. Most would immediately recognize her as either a performer or dancer due to the grace she may possess, wearing favorably loose clothing that allows for freedom of movement; but without sacrificing comfort and protection against the elements.

Having been born in the northern region of Atinaw she is accustomed to warmer weather, so she's often found wearing warmer or even layered clothes in the colder regions up North. Possessing rich sun-blonde hair and ice-blue eyes that can pierce the soul, it's nearly no small wonder as to why Telion has grown so close to the wolf she often accompanies everywhere.

Personality
A warm and radiant ray of sunshine is what some have described Telion in the past, and frankly, they're not entirely wrong either when it comes to the expression. She is a woman who thrives off passion and love, seeking to enrich those around her with a flavor of life not often found in the world. Telion is a lover of music and dancing, and seeks to use it to bring enlightenment to the world around her.

Though despite her vibrant charm she can also be glib sometimes, and isn't without her faults when it comes to dealing with others. Driven by her beliefs she isn't afraid to stand up and defend what she believes in, and if given the opportunity, Telion will fight with unyielding determination to protect what is important to her.

Biography

A Kalzasian that stands at a modest 5'11" with earthly tones for hair and eyes, Hannah was part of a Hatakoman House under the Great House Veyl when she was young. However, when an unknown assassin murdered her parents, she was sent into hiding as the rest of her family were gradually snuffed out. After being taught how to survive within the Midden she grew up learning the art of conducting business, subterfuge and spycraft, even a little bit of magic to empower her endeavors. She sought to find and unmask the mysterious killer that wiped out her entire family, only to find dead ends even on the surface of Kalzasi. She never gave up at every turn, that is until an incident within the Midden forced her to leave.

Thus she left on a ship to learn the life of a sailor, eventually turning to pirating for a bit of profit on the waters. She spent years working to own her own vessel, and build a motley crew of misfits worth sailing it to continue building her own legacy. Hannah enjoyed her own freedoms for a time, until a shipment she was meant to smuggle involved slaves. This led to a division between her and some of her crew members, and in the end, the rogue ended up scuttling the ship in an effort to release the slaves from their captivity. Having to lay low now that her business partners were infuriated with their lost shipment, the rogue came to meet Telion as she was traveling north into the Wildking's Forge.

After spending a few days getting to know one another, Hannah decided that the bard was far too sweet of a girl to be on her own. Therefore, the rogue decided she'd at least help escort Telion to her destination. After spending years away from her own home, it was time for Hannah to return to Kalzasi once more. The pair became fast friends over the course of their venture, and not long after their arrival, the rogue found herself drawn into the shenanigans that brought the bard and wolf together.

Now, even though pieces of her past continue to haunt her, Hannah spends her time looking after the new family she's grown fond of. And while she doesn't possess the best morals in comparison to Telion, Hannah seeks to do right by the ones that've brought joy back into her colorful life.

Biography

Patrick is the third-born son of a woman who is named Elinora, an Atinoran that Rickter had met upon his return to Kalzasi. He stands at a solid 6'2" height bearing rich oaken hair and hazel green eyes that variate from blue to brown. As part of a familial clan known as the Barnells, he was born in the city of Oelivert, where he spent most of his early childhood years under Elinora's tutelage within an Inn. The Barnell's own this in and was where Patrick and his brothers were raised, learning different forms of combat and business from their father, while their mother provided lessons on more academic subjects instead.

Patrick's interests fell within the lines of history and culture, though, he and his brothers also learned different magics from their parents. They all spent their time growing together, being a family, which in some aspects sounds far more lighthearted than some of the other stories of history shared. Yet it was not always good for the Barnell clan, for the war against the Imperium required their father and oldest son to march behind Atinaw's banner. And while the years grew tough without them, the family was fortunate enough to have both men return home. Thus their father retired from the lifestyle of a warrior, focusing solely on keeping their business afloat, while the boys they raised grew into men on their own time.

According to what Patrick has shared, the brothers often had bouts with one another. Often over simple things such as girls and other frivolous distractions, overall though they've remained a band of relatives that stick together; and clearly place value on family above all else. Despite Patrick's self-destructive tendencies with drinking and gambling, he still proves that he can be a reliable sort even at the hardest of times. Therefore it stands to reason that the Atinoran is a worthwhile companion to have around.
