Negation Mastery, Third Order.

Eitan has hit 150 XP in Negation. I am using one support forum request for two things.
(1) Competency Review: Eitan was created over 2.5 years ago with apprentice-level Negation. It was a part of his character, having taken the corruption of a rune upon his soul in order to protect Zaichaer and its people. Even though he feared he would be executed if he got too powerful, he continued to grow in power and skill, first to match Florian lest he become ungovernable (whoops), and later, after almost dying from overstepping to shield the Windworks from the rift and its explosions, he has been warding the flying islands, all remaining ships in the fleet, as well as forward bases, refugee centers, and the like, as well as teaching other Order members to do the same. As he has grown in influence within the order, he has also been learning from experts in theory like Agata Beeman, etc. He also achieved maximum lore before the lore system went kaput.
(2) Unique Passive Ability: Mutable Forms. While his power has grown immense, Eitan has also learned the value of efficiency. With a clever quirk, he has figured out how to task and mold anchors such that shields can move with things, (e.g. rather than surround a person in an ovoid, he can, with time and effort, craft a ward that fits closer to them, even unto a second skin. The anchors and ward structures are not sentient, but they move with what they are guarding, not only translocating with their anchors but transforming with the shape of their anchors.
For reference, his approval to pursue grandmastery: Request for Path to Grandmastery.
